I come from a family of artists!
My mother, her brothers and sisters, my own sister and brother......and many of my children and their spouses, and many of
my grandchildren are avid artists. Some have made their living at art and others are just beginning to study and
work at it!
Matz, my husband, has been doing mosaics for many years....Since
his retirement from Field Crops, he has returned to this artform and others, in a studio adjacent to mine, at the entrance
to the Kibbutz Urim Industrial Area. Mosaics and sundials are to be seen in our Sculpture Garden, and in many homes
and institutions in Urim and outside of it. Come see!
We are blessed with
a love for aesthetics and the will to learn and do for ourselves.......to make the world a more beautiful place in which to
live in peace!
The Lamdan family has always traveled all over Israel and enjoyed
the beauties of nature......We have made a habit of looking and enjoying ,and some of that has naturally come out in our search
for art in our lives.
In the year 2002 our family has come to know its roots, and our Family Tree has grown into a 7 generation spread over
the years gone by and the many countries of origin......most of which can be found in our Familytreemaker Genealogy.
